Week 1 Wrap Up

Nearly 30,000 youth participants representing 1,165 teams played more than 2700 matches at 30 events in Week 1 of the CRESCENDOSM presented by Haas season! And, with events in Tennessee, Türkiye, and Israel, we’re already into Week 2!
I offer my sincere thanks to the thousands of volunteers who give up their time to support the events. FIRST® would not exist without you!
Week 1 events also bring our first round of in-season qualification for the 2024 FIRST Championship presented by BAE Systems. Information about the event can be found on both the FIRST Championship webpage and the FIRST® Robotics Competition Championship Information page on the Resource Library.
Good luck to the nearly 1,200 teams competing across 32 events in Week 2! I’ll see some of you at the Great Northern Regional this weekend!
