FIRST® seeks an experienced director to serve as a subject matter expert on issues related to HR and Organizational Development and to manage the day-to-day operations of the HR team. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this role acts as a thought leader and advisor to senior leadership and people managers on issues related to performance, talent, and employee engagement.
