Event Updates

There were several events with tentative information listed in the blog post from last week. Since then, a few details have been confirmed. Event pages will be updated once initial event preferencing is completed.

Southern Cross Regional: This event is on Week 2 and will be a Thursday – Sunday event. The new dates are March 9 – 12.

Hawaii Regional: This event has moved to Week 4. The new dates are March 22 – 25.

San Diego Regional: This event will be at the LionTree Arena at UCSD. The dates are the same as what is listed.

Round 1 Event Preferencing

A reminder that Round 1 of event preferencing closes on September 29 at 12 PM (noon) eastern time. Once preferencing closes, you cannot make any changes before the first round of event assignment. This User Guide has more details and instructions as well as an FAQ.

Grant Reminder

A reminder to all FIRST^® Robotics Competition teams in the United States that the NASA FIRST Robotics Competition Sponsorship Grant application closes on September 30. You can find more information on it, and other grants available to FIRST teams, on the Grant Opportunities page.
