Dantaya M. Williams
Chief Human Resources Officer, RTX
Dantaya M. Williams is the chief human resources officer of RTX. She leads the company’s Global Human Resources (HR) function, and is responsible for HR transformation; talent, diversity, equity and inclusion; employee and labor relations; total rewards and employee experience.
Williams, who joined United Technologies Corporation prior to the company’s 2020 merger with Raytheon Company, has 25 years of HR experience focused on driving business results through people and culture. She established United Technologies’ Talent, Inclusion and Engagement organization and worked in numerous positions across the former United Technologies Carrier business, primarily in labor relations.
Williams earned both a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in labor relations and human resources from Michigan State University. She serves as a member of the advisory board for Michigan State University’s School of Human Resources and Labor Relations.
